To request a scoreboard Shout Out, review the athletic calendar linked here and determine the Varsity HOME game for your message.  LWHS Athletics Calendar on Arbiter

Shout Outs are limited to 110 characters.

​

You may submit one (1) image file along with your message.  Vector file formats are preferred but .jpg and .png are accepted.

​

Shout Out requests require a minimum one-week lead time.  Do not submit a request for a date less than seven days in advance of the requested run date.

​

Shout Outs are $25.  Payment will be processed via a Paypal link.  You are not required to have a Paypal account to use the link, but you will need a credit or debit card.

​

Shout Outs are only available during HOME VARSITY games that take place in our stadium or gymnasium.

​

All messages and images are subject to approval.

Click submit below and you will be taken to a secure online payment form*.  Once you've submitted this form and emailed your image file to advertising@lwhsboosters.org, your submission will be sent for administration approval.  If your ad requires any creative or production assistance, we will reach out to you within a few days.
